VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERS IN DERMATOLOGY ARE A CRITICAL NEED
Please consider joining our network of physicians and medical experts

WE BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO DERMATOLOGY CARE
Unfortunately, not everyone has the access to the dermatology care that they need. We are working to change that and are looking for dermatologists who are interested in making a difference for patients at safety net clinics and community health centers.
ADULT AND PEDIATRIC DERMATOLOGY VOLUNTEERS ARE OUR TOP NEED
Join our virtual network of physicians and medical experts volunteering to make a difference for under-resourced communities.
Your expertise in dermatology is needed to virtually support frontline clinicians in community clinics who are working with patients lacking access to many health care services—including dermatology. As a MAVEN Project volunteer, you would help clinicians improve patient outcomes by providing them with virtual medical consults, mentoring, education and other essential support.
• Dermatology is the MAVEN Project’s most requested specialty for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Increasingly, there are dermatology “deserts” across the U.S.—where there are no dermatologists within hundreds of miles to provide critical dermatology care for both adults and children.
