USHERING IN A NEW ERA A Revamped Menu at Greg’s Grill Shines during Bend’s Winter Months

Change is afoot at Greg’s Grill on the Deschutes, one of the Old Mill District’s longest tenured restaurants. Following a two-week back of house remodel this fall, Greg’s has launched a completely revamped menu, highlighted by new items like their beef tenderloin served with charred tomatoes and gorgonzola jam, spicy mussels with fried chorizo, and the already popular Yellowstone Burger made up of elk, bison, wild boar, and Wagyu beef. Located right in the heart of the Old Mill District, Greg’s has earned a reputation for its gorgeous Northwest-style architecture that takes advantage of Central Oregon’s ample bluebird days. Floor-to-ceiling windows glance out onto the Deschutes River and Cascade Range, making Greg and Teresa Hubert’s passion project one of the best places to enjoy a meal and Central Oregon’s majestic scenery at the same time. A place for any occasion, Greg’s shines on multiple levels, particularly with their emphasis on choice-cut steaks, seafood, and their signature prime rib.
