This season, our culinary team has created exquisite menus, for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, which will showcase a variety of options that will enchant your palate. St. Regis Rituals

The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort continues a tradition started by John Jacob Astor IV when he found ed the first St. Regis Hotel in New York, circa 1904. Guests gather for ceremonial rituals that involve celebrating the transition from day to night, innovation through cocktails or unique experiences at the best Punta Mita address.

Evening Ritual. Every Friday at 6:30 PM Celebrate the Festive Season’s magic by attending our iconic St. Regis Champagne Ritual.

Catch of the Day Ritual. Every Friday 11:30 AM We invite you to meet our Chef and choose your Catch of the Day. Local fishermen deliver the bay’s freshest fish and guests may select one for lunch or dinner.

Bloody Mary Ritual. Following Fernand Periot’s tradition (bartender at St. Regis New York and creator of the Bloody Mary in 1934), every St. Regis in the world has created its signature recipe that in Punta Mita includes tequila, in honor of Mexico’s emblematic distilled beverage. During your stay you are invited to enjoy a refreshing Mita Mary at all of our restaurants.

Throughout the day, the warm mood at Sea Breeze welcomes guests for lunch and dinner. Fresh, natural ingredients are transformed into a varied selection of international specialties, while pizzas baked in our oven and meats cooked on a Himalayan Salt Block are the indisputable stars of the menu. If you are a sports fan, enjoy your favorite game and experience the unique service and innovative cocktails at the Sea Breeze Bar.

Mita Mary Bistro. Open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Slow down and move to the rhythm of the waves at Mita Mary, where the fresh bounty from the sea is the main protagonist. Tacos, ceviche and tostadas pair perfectly with cold beers and expertly crafted margaritas that taste even better with your feet in the sand and the spectacular Pacific sunset as the main event.

Las Marietas Restaurant. Open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM Stunning ocean views and a refreshing, casual atmosphere await at Las Marietas, where our international snacks and Oriental inspired specialties will complement your dip in the pool. Our intimate restaurant showcases the very best of modern Mexican cuisine with only the finest and freshest ingredients.
