Do you know why MIDORI tastes so good? Their melons are the major reason. They use premium melon mainly from Yubari, Japan's melon Mecca. Yubari melons account for just one percent of melon production in Japan. They only flourish in Yubari, where conditions are just right. They’re the hardest type of melon to grow. Growers have to monitor the melons carefully as though they were their own children, and harvest them on exactly the right day to capture their fabled sweetness. T1

YAMAZAKI 12-year old single malts are aged in casks of three different kinds of oaks: American, Spanish and Japanese. This gives Suntory Whisky its unique quality. This is a medium-bodied whisky with the aromas of dried fruits and honey. It has a delicate, mellow taste with a lingering, woody, dry finish. It was awarded Gold Medal at Beverage Tasting Institute in 2006 and rated as “Exceptional” with a 93 points score. S1 S2

Described by Paul Pacult as “Simply the best 12 Year Old single malt around”! The secret of The Macallan lies in defiant adherence to traditional methods and ingredients. Burnished gold in color, the sweet, honeyed nose is nicely balanced with an earthy dryness. The body is medium, and the palate, although not overly complex, shows beautiful balance between its dry, spicy aspects and its sweet, fruity style. The finish is long and warm. – 88 Points, Wine Enthusiast S3 S4
