On page 21 you will find information about the pathways into training with TCCR. This booklet presents our Autumn/Winter schedule of CPD on a range of topics from parenting to sexuality. We aim to provide a high quality, informative, clinically useful and cutting edge programme of workshops, seminars and conferences. About CPD Conferences and Workshops Our aim at TCCR is to create a programme of high-quality, informative and clinically useful CPD. In choosing topics, we aim to ensure we offer fresh subjects to stimulate new thinking and debate as well as continuing to offer repeat workshops for which there is on-going popular demand. Our CPD audience includes couple counsellors and psychotherapists, individual counsellors and psychotherapists, psychosexual therapists, child, family and group psychotherapists. When appropriate, we open events to those in allied professions, such as psychologists, health professionals, social workers and teachers to broaden TCCR’s reach. Our Friday evening seminar series, Writers on Writing, features psychotherapists and analysts who write creatively about their clinical work, including Professor Joan Raphael-Leff, Dr Jeremy Holmes and Salley Vickers. The aim is to think about the therapeutic imagination, writing technique and how each of these writers brings their subject to life on the page.

Peeling back the layers to peer into the womb’s darkness must involve self-examination in rendering unconscious processes conscious, and is of necessity somewhat autobiographical.” Who this lecture is for This lecture is open to couple and individual psychotherapists and counsellors and the general public. tccr.ac.uk
