When the principals of construction leader, Asa Carlton, Inc started to outgrow their Buford, Georgia office, they knew they’d really prefer to build a new Headquarters. More well known for their cutting-edge interior retail designs and build-outs, the group wanted a home that reflected the company’s diversity. Working heavily in the medical industry, it was fitting that a tract of land at the corners of Old Winder Hwy, Thompson Mill Road, and Friendship Road near Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Braselton, was available.

The campus will boast generous green spaces and parking. The two additional buildings flanking Asa Carlton’s headquarters will be available for lease.
