La macchina a fili diamantati MIRAGE MF 4C/3 per marmi graniti e pietre è costruita per il taglio dei blocchi in lastre di spessore variabile. Con questa macchina è possibile utilizzare fino a 133 fili di spessore 2 cm., del tipo ad anello aperto o chiuso. Un’altra caratteristica particolare è data dalla possibilità di tagliare qualsiasi spessore in ogni ciclo produttivo. Il cambio dei fili è molto rapido, così come il cambio delle misure degli spessori di taglio, consentendo all’utilizzatore di variare le misure degli stessi secondo le esigenze di lavoro. Inoltre mediante il software in dotazione l’operatore può scegliere se ridurre la velocità di cala all’ingresso dei fili nel blocco e se farli risalire in rotazione oppure fermi, tutto ciò in funzione della tipologia di lavorazione.
The multiwire machine MIRAGE MF 4C/3, for marble and granite has been made to cut blocks into slabs of different thickness. With this machine it is possible to make use up to 133 wires of 2 cm., of the closed or open loop. Another unique feature is the possibility to cut any other consistent thickness per each cutting cycle. The wires change is very quick, as well as the change of the cut thickness, thus allowing the operator to change the same with regard to the working needs. Moreover, with the software installed in the machine, the operator can choose the reduction of the speed at the beginning of the cut and if the raising up of the wires is with rotation or not; all the above with regard to the working required.
La machine à fils diamantés MIRAGE MF 4C/3 pour marbres, granits et pierres est construite pour le coupe des blocs en dalles d'épaisseurs variables. Avec cette machine on peut utiliser jusqu’à 133 fils diamantés de épaisseur 2 cm, du type à anneau ouvert ou fermé. Une des caractéristiques particulières est la possibilité de couper différent épaisseur dans chaque cycle de travail Le changement des fils est très rapide, comme aussi le change des mesures des épaisseurs de coupe en permettant à l'utilisateur de changer les mesures selon les exigences du travail. Ensuite, par le software doté, l'opérateur peut choisir si réduire la vitesse de descente à l'entrée des fils dans le bloc et les faire remonter en rotation ou arrêtés, tout cela en fonction du type de travail.

La struttura della macchina è realizzata con elementi di acciaio elettrosaldati di adeguate dimensioni che assicurano massima rigidezza e precisione di taglio. La struttura che sostiene le pulegge, il meccanismo di cala dei fili ed il sistema di tensionamento è del tipo a 4 colonne, telaio chiuso, senza elementi a sbalzo, in grado di assicurare la massima stabilità.

The machine structure is made with electro welded steel, over dimensioned in order to ensure stiffness to the complete structure and therefore cutting accuracy. The structure that supports the drums, the down feed mechanism and the wire tensioning system, is of the 4 columns closed type, without overhanging parts, that ensure a great degree of stability.
la structure de la machine est réalisée par des éléments d'acier électro soudés de dimensions appropriés qui assurent la plus grande rigidité et précision de coupe. La structure qui soutient les poulies, le mécanisme de descente des fils et le système de tension est du type à 4 colonnes, châssis fermé, sans éléments en bosselage pour assurer la maxime stabilité.

PULEGGE FILI DIAMANTATI
DIAMOND WIRES DRUMS/POULIES FILS DIAMANTES La macchina è dotata di 3 tamburi per lo scorrimento dei fili diamantati, di cui uno motrice e due folli. Il tamburo motorizzato dà il movimento ai fili e ha un diametro di 2.250 mm. Gli altri due tamburi sono fatti ognuno di ruote folli indipendenti con un diametro di 1.100 mm. Il tamburo motorizzato è costituito in lega di alluminio supportato da un albero in acciaio che è a sua volta sorretto da due grandi cuscinetti, uno per ogni parte, di tipo 23168K con bussola di trazione Le pulegge sono costituite da un tamburo con gole spaziate 1 cm cadauna. Anche le ruote folli sono costituite da nastri intercambiabili con una o più gole, ma di differenti spaziature per avere la possibilità di cambiare lo spessore del taglio. Questa particolare costruzione della puleggia, insieme con l’accesso rapido consentito dal sistema di cui sopra e dal sistema di tensionamento, permette una veloce modifica dello spessore di taglio dei fili.
The machine has 3 drums, for the rotation of the diamond wires, of which one is motorized and the other two are idle. The motorised drum gives the wires the motion and has a diameter of 2.250 mm. The other 2 drums are made each one of independent idle wheels with a diameter of 1.100 mm. The motorised drum is made of aluminium alloy supported by a steel shaft that is supported by two large bearings, one per each side, type 23168K with traction sleeve. The motorized drum is coated of special rubber interchangeable strips with grooves 1 cm spaced. The idle wheels are also coated with interchangeable strips with one ore more grooves but differently spaced in order to have the possibility to change the cutting thickness. This feature is associated to a particular disposal of the tensioning wheels and permit to the tensioning system a rapid changing of the cutting thickness.
La machine est douée de 3 tambours pour le glissement des fils diamantés, dont une motrice et trois libres. Le tambour motorisé, avec un diamètre de 2.250 mm, transmets le mouvement aux fils. Les autres deux tambours sont constituées respectivement de roues libres et indépendantes avec un diamètre de 1.100 mm. Le tambour motorisée est constituée en alliage d’aluminium soutenue par un arbre en acier qui est supporté par deux grands roulements, un pour chaque côté, de type 23168K avec manchon conique de traction. Les poulies sont formées par un tambour avec des gorges, positionnées 1 cm chacune. Même le roues libres sont constituées par bandes interchangeables avec une or plus gorges avec différentes distances pour avoir la possibilité de modifier l’épaisseur de coupe Cette construction particulière de la poulie, avec l'accès rapide permis par le système breveté, provoque une modification rapide de l'épaisseur de coupe des fils.

SISTEMA DI TENSIONAMENTO TENSIONING SYSTEM/SYSTEME DE TENSION
Le système, breveté, se fait par des tendeurs qui travaille individuellement sur chaque fil. Le diamètre de la roue du tendeur est de 550 mm La tension sur les fils est pratiquement constante avec une oscillation minime entre le seuil de tension et le seuil de travail, en évitant donc les oscillations typiques des systèmes traditionnels hydrauliques ou pneumatiques. Avec notre système de tension les seuils, révélés par des senseurs électroniques, peuvent être programmés de l'opérateur en fonction du matériel à couper (dureté du matériel, longueur du bloc, diamètre du câble porte-outil) et du type de travail. Ensuite le contrôle de la tension se fait directement sur la force appliquée au fil (kg) et pas indirectement sur l'effort du moteur (courant absorbée) ou sur la pression (atm), en permettant donc à chacun fil de fonctionner selon la tension demandée pour un coupe précis et un travail économique et efficace. Les senseurs électroniques insérés sur le système de tension permettent aussi l'arrêt de la machine en cas de rupture d'un ou plus fils.
Il sistema, brevettato, avviene mediante tenditori che agiscono singolarmente su ciascun filo. La tensione sui fili è pressoché costante con una oscillazione minima tra la soglia di tensionamento e la soglia di lavoro, evitando le tipiche oscillazioni dei tradizionali sistemi idraulici o pneumatici. Con il nostro sistema di tensionamento le soglie, rivelate a mezzo sensori elettronici, sono programmabili dall’operatore in funzione del materiale da tagliare (durezza del materiale, lunghezza del blocco, diametro del cavo portautensile) e dalla tipologia di lavorazione. Inoltre il controllo della tensione avviene direttamente sulla forza applicata al filo (kg) e non indirettamente sullo sforzo del motore (corrente assorbita) permettendo quindi a ciascun filo di funzionare alla tensione richiesta per un taglio preciso, ed una lavorazione economica ed efficiente. I sensori elettronici inseriti sul sistema di tensionamento permettono inoltre l’arresto della macchina in caso rottura di uno o più fili.
The tensioning system is made with single tensioner for each and every wire. The dimension of the wheel of the tensioner is 550 mm. The tension on each wire is virtually constant, with minimum variations between the set tension and the working tension, thus avoiding the typical tensioning oscillation that are present in the hydraulic or pneumatic systems. With our tensioning system, the settings, detected with electronic sensors, are operator programmable with respect to the material under cut (material hardness, block length, etc.) and the type of working. Moreover the tension control is made directly on the stress applied to the wire (kg) and not indirectly derived by the main motor absorbed current thus allowing to each and every wire to work at the required tension for a precise cut, and an efficient and economic production. The electronic sensors installed in the tensioning system, immediately stop the machine in case of one or more wires break down.

SISTEMA LAVAGGIO FILI DIAMANTATI
WIRES WASHING SYSTEM/SYSTEME NETTOYAGE FILS DIAMANTES Al fine di assicurare un funzionamento ottimale dei fili, il lavaggio degli stessi viene effettuato mediante un sistema di spruzzatura ad acqua. Questo stesso sistema consente inoltre una lunga durata degli organi di scorrimento dei fili, quali le pulegge multi gola e le pulegge di tensionamento.
In order to ensure an optimal wires functioning, the washing of the same is done with sprayed water. This same system allows also a long life of the wire supporting items, as the multi groove drums and the tensioning pulleys.
Pour assurer un fonctionnement optimale des fils, le nettoyage est effectué par un système par lequel on jets de l'eau. Ce système permet une longue durée des organes de glissement des fils comme les poulies multi gorge et le poulies de tension.
