MIR 2200 è un prodotto innovativo, totalmente differente da quant’altro presente sul mercato sia in termini di tecnologia utilizzata che a livello di performance. MIR 2200 può essere utilizzato sia per il risanamento che per l’abbellimento di marmo e granito con l’ausilio di resina epossidica ed al contrario delle linee tradizionali con magazzini verticali può lavorare in linea con la lucidatrice, infatti la resina una volta avvenuto il passaggio all’interno del MIR può essere completamente catalizzata e pronta per il passaggio successivo alla fase di lucidatura, sia parzialmente catalizzata evitando la necessità di dover essere lasciata in stoccaggio per 24 ore. Le lastre transitano all’interno del MIR 2200 senza arresto ma a passaggio e la macchina può raggiungere una velocità di processo fino a 3 m/min, la resina molto fluida penetra all’interno dei difetti e delle rotture nel materiale e attraverso la particolare modulazione di frequenza del forno solidifica perfettamente risanando la pietra.
MIR 2200 is an innovative product totally different from other machines on the market in terms of technology and performances. MIR 2200 can be used both for surfaces resining and restoring process of marble and granite by the use of an epoxy dipolar resin working on line with the polishing machine and avoiding the storage of the material for over 24 hours. In fact when the resined slab moves inside MIR can be 100% or partially catalyzed it comes out and the slab is ready for the next step: the polishing, avoiding the 24 hours storage. Slabs never rest under the MIR and the machine can reach a speed up to 3 m /min, the very fluid resin penetrates deeply inside the material hardening perfectly thanks to the special frequency modulation.
