ďƒ˜ How much do you know about real China? ďƒ˜ Have you ever think about taking an adventure to experience the oldest civilization in the world when you are so young?


Why Mysterious Language CHINA ? China has one of the world's oldest written language systems. The most spoken varieties are Mandarin (spoken by over 70% of the population). Cantonese is also popular in the south of Mainland China. China is a multiracial country with 56 ethnic groups. The majority of the 55 ethnic groups have their own languages. As a written language, Chinese has been used for 6,000 years.

Wonderful Traditional Festival Chinese New Year or Spring Festival (春节 chūnjié) - late January/mid-February Dragon Boat Festival (端午节; duanwujie) - 5th day of the 5th lunar month, usually May-June (16 June in 2010). Boat races and eating zongzi (粽子, steamed pouches of sticky rice) are a traditional parts of the celebration. Mid-Autumn Day (中秋节; zhōngqiūjié)- 15th day of the 8th lunar month, usually October (22 Sep in 2010). Also called the Moon Cake Festival after its signature treat. People meet outside, putting food on tables and looking up at the full harvest moon while talking about life.

Project1: Rural Education “Dare to Dream”  Step into the mysterious area,  Discover the real China,  Experience the true culture shock,  Bridging the platform,  Connect the rural children to the world,  Dare to Dream,  Cultivate Hope of the Future…

Main Activities       

Realize in host LC city, receive training materials from NGO Travel to rural province from host LC city Individual Inspiration Courses Deliver Culture Exchange Interaction Activities with Local Students Organize School Activities, e.g. lecture, party, sport Visit Local Family  Participate Rural Development Research and Questionnaire


Project2: Culture Protection— Explore China Project

 The Project is the new initiative project in 2010, and successfully developed around 50 museums nationally to be our partners providing internship for global youth.  We aimed at raising the awareness of youth on culture heritage protection and promotion, and provide an opportunity for each global youth to experience a real China in depth, to explore the amazing and ancient history and art, and help local youth promote this culture resource to more younger students and the public.


Explore China Project-General Introduction Receive culture training in the museum. volunteer work in a museum as an activity organizer and culture guide. Explore Local Chinese Culture and shoot video yourself. the planning, propaganda, organization and etc for the exhibition. Communicate with the audience. Organize Impact culture event Project Survey and submit report to project team of host LCs.


Project 3: Community Health—Red Wings Program China is developing at a rapid speed nowadays and people live a busier life than before but they care less about their health condition. Most young people are under high pressure and high blood pressure and heart disease become very common among people above middle age.  AIESEC MC determines to help improve the health condition of Chinese people and also with some cultural courses, to provide them a better universal environment and broaden their horizons. To make a large impact, we choose community and all the activities and courses will be at the community schools


Red Wings Program-General Introduction Attend training about HIV prevention, health self-management, flu prevention, low carbon life and presentation skills; Deliver courses to about 150 community residents on both culture and health aspect. Organize all the activities and courses at each community Attend every activity and give courses on time Organize project event in local community


Project 4: Green Power Now - General Introduction Receive Green Issue Training from environment NGO Lead local students organize Green Innovation Team, Initiate Green Proposal Deliver Green Issue Workshop in Local Schools and Community
