Ben Nevis Trip - 8th June 2014 Team of 33 women 5th
This trip has been a very enjoyable and successful trip due to all your hard work and for making this possible. Reaching the top (almost, oh-so-close) of Ben Nevis was something completely out the box for me, but you all made it happen and I really appreciate this. May Allah the Almighty reward you all for your hard work, time, effort and sacrifice. I really look forward to future trips where I will have further opportunities to meet new people and create new friendships. Jazak’Allah once again (p.s. I don’t know if any of that made sense …I’m half asleep at the moment…zzz). Mahida Javed of Morden, London
Dear all! Where to start… wow it has been such a rollercoaster …from Mam Tor to Ben Nevis in just a year. I never thought it would be possible. It was the ultimate goal to reach the summit of Ben Nevis and now… I feel like keeping this up and taking on higher peaks. This has all been made possible by you. May Allah bless you and have you take many more Lajna on trips like these. It has been such a fulfilling experience. …But one thing I won’t forget is reaching the very top and not being able to see anything except ‘white’ (and Surayya’s face ). The feeling of that was amazing, Alhamdolillah. Jazakamullah for this awesome experience! Hamera Shahid of Tooting Bec, London
May Allah bless you all for the hard work you put into these trips, probably from weeks and weeks before the actual day. I hope you all know how much we appreciate your patience with us, especially me (and Humera)! Without you guys I may never have been able to reach the top(ish) of Ben Nevis and for this reason, you will forever be in my prayers inshaAllah. I hope to go on more trips with you all. Surayya Cheema of Tooting Bec, London
Thank you soo much for making this experience. Soo comfortable, relaxing, + fun for me! I’m so happy that I made the last minute decision to join you on this trip. Alia Rehman of New Malden, London
Alhamdolillah, Alhamdolillah, Alhamdolillah. Another trip finished (almost ) without injuries. The hike was brilliant, the weather was good and our resolve was firmly set on that peak. But I have come to realise that these 4 days are about more than just that. It’s about being organised, having your friends close, the day running smoothly and everyone being friendly & supportive. Only then can a trip turn into a memorable experience. And that is what I had these past 4 days Sadia Rana of Morden, London
