As a Pasadena native and young entrepreneur, Fleming “Triple” Trainor got her start in the real estate industry by buying and selling her own properties. She graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and was a part of the USC Women’s NCAA Championship Golf team, where she received dual degrees in Business with concentrations on Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development. Just before graduation, she started a real estate development company, where she bought, flipped, and sold properties herself.
