Sacred Moonbeams

The Internet has provided new audio competition for radio and technology has changed the way radio stations program content. Be the format, FM/AM radio, 8-track tape, CDs, cassettes, satellite, streaming, podcast and now internet, radio has a bright future. For iiiYansa, the radio journey began in 2004 at KPVU FM 91.3 during her undergraduate studies at PVAMU. She’d go on to tenure at KTSU and 90.1 Pacifica while working as an intuitive counselor.

Mustard Seed Faith

222.9 The Mothership is a station where anyone in the world can tune in and get their spirits fed. “I built all I have on faith....and that unwavering faith has attracted all I needed thus far,” states iiiJansa who helps others through the divinatory arts of astrology, numerology, tarot, meridilogun, plant medicine, dream interpretations,visual artworks, rhapsodomancy, sacred healing stone jewelry, and music healing through the all encompassing radio station.

Surviving and Thriving

So many people and small/start-up businesses had to pivot due to the COVID-19 pandemic which was a huge part of what inspired the formation of 222.9 The Mothership. The pandemic actually tripled the station’s growth (and iiiYansa’s workload) due to so many people having to stay home and reflect. At its core, the station was created to be a place where people can tune in and get something good!

Galaxy of Sound

As an Iyalosa (Orisa Priestess) Creative Lightworker, iiiYansa selectively provides readings, spiritual teachings and manifesting works to help others discover, and stay on their highest destiny according to their specific design. Upon reflection, she states “I guess what sets me apart is that there are many portals of divinity coming from one woman.”

A Space for Independent Musicians

Good music feeds the soul and 222.9 The Mothership is a positive space anyone can access anytime, anywhere, to channel positive energy in the midst of trying times. It aims to preserve the genius of melinated music, while opening a stream to play independent musicians 222.9 The Mothership Radio is the ideal online radio station for people who believe in sound healing through music, and those wanting to learn about the mysteries enough to hear them in regular rotation.

Good News Review

In 2020, amid the pandemic and a nation scorched with the heat of friction among its citizens, my daughters and I were reading books. Inspired by one book’s main character, my daughter asked me to start a school newspaper. “Yes! We’ll call it Good News!” I responded. Now, two years later, our school newspaper, Good News Review, is real. Fourth- and fifth-grade student journalists learn to write and share their voices, passions, and ingenuity with their schoolmates and Roberts Elementary community.
