See GOV.UK about registering as self-employed and the ways you can work for yourself. 6 Do you have a business plan? Do you need advice and guidance on writing a business plan? 7 How are you going to fund/finance your business? Do you need start-up finances? If so, where can you source this from? Do you need insurance for your business/product/service? 8 What is your brand? Do have a marketing strategy/plan? Do you have a website? What is your online marketing and social media strategy/presence? 9 Are you connected and networking?
