MUSIC CENTRE music.centre@winchester.ac.uk The Music Centre is the University of Winchester’s co-curricular music department. All activities are open for students, staff and community members to participate in. We run music groups, performances, community engagement projects, personal musical development and tuition, plus we manage the University’s music facilities. There are no fees and no auditions.


STUDENT LIFE ADVICE student.advice@winchester.ac.uk The team offers advice, guidance and support to all students on issues which may affect your personal or academic life including difficulty settling or fitting in, family and friendship issues, homelessness, general worries and stress, bullying and harassment, money worries, pregnancy, and traumatic events such as sexual misconduct. Our Transition Coordinators support care experienced students, young adult carers, estranged students, students from a military family background, GTRSB and Sanctuary students.


STUDENT SUPPORT AND SUCCESS ADVISORS (SSSAS) These roles are faculty based and work closely with academic and programme administration colleagues to support retention, progression and student success. SSSAs provide guidance and supportive interventions where students experience challenges to study, engagement or wellbeing. Business and Digital Technology (BDT) Education & Arts (EA) Health and Wellbeing (HWB) Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) Law, Crime and Justice (LCJ)
