Packwood Is Accepting Items for Attic Tag Sale The Packwood House Museum is now accepting donations of items for its annual Attic Tag Sale, which will be held February 20 – March 3, 2018. The sale, held in the Museum’s Tour Center, is one of the museum’s most popular and successful fund-raisers. All proceeds benefit Packwood House Museum. Items that can be sold include books, jewelry, glass, china, kitchenware, furniture, toys, lamps, postcards, sporting equipment, craft items, holiday decorations – anything except for televisions, computers and other electronics, encyclopedia sets and clothing, although the Museum does accept vintage accessories. Kitchen appliances will be accepted but must be in working order. All donations are tax-deductible. Many local friends probably came in contact with Norman Brouse through the years. He may have delivered your mail or you may have seen him at the baseball field. Sadly his life was cut short this past December. His grandson, Brady (11) has decided to run the Pittsburgh Marathon’s 5k as a fundraiser for the ALS association. He will be running for #teamnorm. Brady has been busy training for the run along with offering his pet sitting skills to raise money for the cause.
