PRIME MINISTER Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has reacted to Monday’s protest action outside Parliament, during the presentation of the 2018 Budget presentation. “I think I speak on behalf of the entire nation, when H.E (Governor General Sir Frederick Ballantyne) took the salute, he was booed by a handful of persons who were brought for some protest or the other,” Dr. Gonsalves said.
