funding and asked the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines to repay monies drawn down for the $1,421,567.00 (VAT inclusive) contract awarded to Reliable Construction Services Limited. This time around, the project that has attracted anger of at least one Construction Company here is the multi-million-dollar contract for coastal defense works at Sans Souci, implemented under the Regional Disaster Vulnerability Reduction Project.

Once again, the company making the allegations of unfairness in the tendering process is Bally and Bally Investment Ltd.
