Factors such as wage growth, unemployment and mortgage rates have all been stable. Every locality has its unique challenges, but the whole of residential real estate is in good shape. Recent manufacturing data is showing demand for housing construction materials and supplies, which may help lift the ongoing low inventory situation in 2018.

o one ever said parenting teens would be easy, however you may not have considered the beating it can put on your household drains. With teens piling on experimental hair products and staying on-trend with long, flowing locks, bathrooms may see hours of hair washing, brushing and styling each week – meaning feet of discarded hair making its way into drains, along with sticky hairsprays and gels. Before you know it, the sink has stopped draining and there is a pool of standing water in the shower. Does all this sound familiar?
