The Vision of the “Voice of Manifestations” Newsletter is to communicate the various events to our partners and the community. Thus, it helps to build and enhance relationships between the two. The newsletter is also a mechanism to evangelize, encourage, build and lift up. The Voice focuses on the four aspect of Manifestations Worldwide, which are Spiritual Trainings, Education, Job and Housing. Our prayer is that God is touching someone’s life through the Voice of Manifestation Newsletter (VOM). Ultimately, our desire is to be obedient to the commission God has given us; to go and spread the gospel. All we need is an audience; someone that is interested, ready to listen, with a heart to receive. A Note from the Editor Dear Reader, This quarter is the closing of our year 2017. It is The Voice desire to share with you what is happening at CFM and how we are serving our community. We bring words of encouragement and help to build up those that are broken. Lead by the Holy Spirit our focus is to touch lives. Therefore we bring various topics that believe will satisfy the needs of our readers. We invite you to take a look and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your need. We know that some in your life may benefit from this Newsletter, so do not hesitate to share the link as The Voice comes to you by the email. That is how we spread the gospel. The Meaning of Flag Colors
As a new year arrives, it is important to know what and how to approach transitions, change, and the pursuits of new endeavors both personally and spiritually. To do this, it all starts with getting an understanding. We must learn to recalibrate our targets. We must turn the looking glass of our lives’ daily activities. To do so, we must make a distinction between a vision and a dream.

A message from the Manifest Theological Institute Class of 2018 Valedictorian, I received my Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Pastoral Studies in 2015. This December 2017, I received a Masters Degree in Theology. Manifest Theological Institute has provided me with a great educational experience; so much so that I am continuing this January 2018 to purse my Doctorate Degree. The classes are challenging; yet the professors are experienced and so delightfully understanding. The staff of MTI has been so cooperative. The quality of the education is so great that the cost for the experience provides a value that cannot be matched. As a result of my degrees, spiritually, I have a growing confidence in knowing what I know and why I know it. The detail of my knowledge has given me great insight into who God is to me and this universe. I have educated my gift and gifted my education, and that alone is a word of testimony for the experience I had. In like manner in the market place, I have gained professional promotions. With those promotions,
I was able to apply the leadership classes that MTI offers. By doing so, I have taken my professional assignment from being on the verge of discontinued to “Top Team” to be replicated. Manifest Theological is not just my alumni; it is the platform for preparation of God’s plan for my life. My destiny will not be denied because of the disciplines I have developed in my educational experience at MTI.

My experience with MTI has been an amazing journey. I started with Life Coaching and then I went into Christian Psychology. I signed up to educate the coach and counselor in me so I can better help others. I got that and more. God used this opportunity to refine me, sharpen me and cause me to be better for Him. You have to be whole to bring wholeness to
others. Getting a good balance of the word and the curriculum from these courses has brought much wholeness to my personal being. By the time this article is read, I will have been awarded a Bachelors Degree in Christian Psychology. God showed me through me, that I am not an impossible feat. I believed that this was impossible for me and He proved He can accomplish wonderful things even through someone as challenged as I was. So, who’s next??? You should really consider MTI as the place for continuing your education. God will meet you there.

A New Year has come. Bringing blessings to everyone. Embracing each ticking minute. With love and laughter in it. As we are blessed, with another year. We step into it without fear. Forgetting the sorrows of yesterday. Welcoming the newness of each day. With each New Year, comes resolutions. Not many last the full duration. We pray to God to see us through. With a mindset of thoughts brand new. Let go of every bad experience of the past. Help to count each blessing as they last. Knowing that God has the solution. Bringing blessing through each situation.

Here are some more study-helps while reading the Chronological Bible Reading this year: Ask the Text The 5 W’s and an H Who, What, When, Where, Why , and How
These questions are building blocks of precise observation and essential for accurate interpretation.
When you come to a passage of scripture, ask the following questions:
WHO is speaking? WHO is this about? WHO are the main characters?
WHAT is the subject or event covered in the chapter? WHAT do you learn about the people, the event, or the teaching from the text? WHAT instructions are given? WHEN do or will the events occur? WHEN did or will something happen to a particular person, people, or nation? **WHEN is a key question in determining the progression of events. WHERE did or will this happen? WHERE was it said? WHY is something being said or mentioned? WHY would or will this happen? WHY at this time? HOW will it happen? HOW is it to be done? HOW is it illustrated?
Things to remember:
Every time you study a passage of the Bible you should keep the 5 W’s and an H in mind. Don’t worry if you can’t find the answer every time. There are many types of literature in the Bible and not all the questions will apply. As you ask What, When, Who, Where, Why, and How, make notes in the margin of your Bible. (Purchase a Bible you can actually write in!) Meditate on the truths God reveals to you. Think how they apply to you.

Seasonal Trends for Winter 2018
What better way to start the New Year off by continuing to celebrate our eccentricity of style, through the fashion trends of this season? Let’s look at the different ways we demonstrate our individuality this coming Winter. One of the trends we’ve seen that I personally love love love ,is ostrich feathers. Yes, I said ostrich feathers. When you augment any piece of clothing by adding feathers, its takes the style level for 0 to 10 instantly. Feathers on a simple necklace, turns it into a statement piece. Feathers added to the front of a blouse makes it an instant couture garment and a few ostrich feathers attached to the bottom of a simple pencil skirt or dress creates an entirely new garment. The best thing about this trend is, it can easily become a DIY (do it yourself) project, which increases the chances of it being a one of a kind designer’s original-you being the designer! DIY: All you need is feathers, glue and a hot glue gun to create these amazing pieces. Be creative use a variety of color when choosing feathers, this will set your piece apart from others.
Another one of my absolute favorite, fashion trends of this season is polka dots! Why, because polka dots are not just fun, but they’re so versatile. They can be worn as business, casual or even formal attire. What’s even better about the classic color scheme of black and white polka dots, is that you can pair it with in color and make a huge POP! Just remember to stick to these rules and you can’t go wrong: Smaller dots give a sleek casual look, while larger dots can be a bit more playful, so when wearing them in the work place, go smaller. Although polka dots are fun, leave the colors to your accent pieces, ie. Shoes, purses, accessories, you don’t want to run the risk of looking cartoonish. Next, stick to more neutral colors, such as black, white, gray, and blue, etc. Lastly, polka dots are an accessory all by themselves, therefore to avoid over accessorizing, keep it simple, ie. pearls, studs, etc. Tidbit: Try pairing your polka dots with other patterns, such as, stripes. That’s one of my favorite things to do!
There are so many fabulous trends for this 2017-2018 Winter season that it’s impossible to narrow them down, but for my final favorite pick of the season, I choose leopard prints for the obvious reason, it’s a timeless classic. Leopard print is just one of those fashion trends that continue to resurface year after year and season after season. From stylish by day and glamorous by night leopard prints continue to grace the streets to the runway. This print can easily be paired with a pair of denim jeans or cut-off shorts and you can always add a nice neutral color blazer to give it a more dressed up look. Also, if you enjoy mixing prints, another hot fashion trend for this season, you can use your leopard print as a neutral and mix it with other prints i.e., polka-dots, other animal prints, stripes, etc. If you want to accent any solid colored dress, pant suit, jumper, etc., leopard prints can always be used to add that extra pop or spice; by putting on a pair of leopard print shoes, carrying a leopard print purse or even wearing a pair of leopard print sunglasses, you can spruce up any outfit.
Warning: Do not go overboard with leopard prints by wearing them from head-to-toe, ultimately you want to use this print to add or accentuate what you have on, not overdose on it.
