Wuji founders use their track record to reimagine Chinese food

Purchase St. in Rye, a Chinese restaurant owned by his company, CB5 Hospitality Consulting, with offices in Greenwich and the U.K. He is a Greenwich High School and NYU graduate and a former L.A. rocker who has been honing the modern restaurant experience for more than two decades. The Wuji décor is an obvious starting point. “We wanted to avoid that traditional fish-tank style interior,” Pennette said. “It used to be exotic, but now it feels dated. Baby steps in a big way
REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY REMAINS IN STRIDE WITH MARCH OF DIMES THE 20TH ANNUAL MARCH OF Dimes Fairfield County Real Estate Award breakfast drew a packedhouse crowd of 700 to the Hilton Stamford Hotel & Executive Meeting Center recently. The event raised a total of more than $400,000 for the March of Dimes. The event across the years
has raised more than $6 million toward funding the March of Dimes mission to promote term pregnancies and to help preemies and their families. Forstone partners and cofounders Brandon Hall and Brett Wilderman were the event honorees.
Since Forstone’s founding in 2007 the New Canaan boyhood friends’ company has acquired more than 1.2 million square feet of real estate. Its services include property management, asset management, construction and leasing. The breakfast’s top sponsors were The Ashforth Co., which was the event’s inaugural honoree and which additionally provided this year’s marketing and management support; Building and Land Technology, the 2003 event honoree; and Forstone Capital.
