CATHERINE SABOL is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s White Plains office. Sabol has 19 years of consulting experience in state and local tax. She’s devoted her career to assisting clients manage their state and local tax burden by addressing client issues with respect to income and franchise, sales and use, employment and property taxes. Sabol has helped both companies and individuals through all stages of complex audits, often resulting in little to no change in tax due. She's also assisted taxpayers in identifying savings opportunities by performing diligence reviews on previously filed returns, many times resulting in refund claims. Sabol has spent her entire career in public accounting.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Sabol was a senior manager at BDO, USA in the Northeast state and local tax group. She started her career as an associate in the financial services group in the state and local tax practice at PwC.

CHELSEA BLANCATO is an audit partner in the Citrin Cooperman White Plains office. With more than 10 years of experience providing audit and assurance services for clients in various industries, Blancato has extensive audit experience and expertise in the practice areas of real estate, employee benefit plans, manufacturing and distribution, medical services, broker dealer and advertising industries.
Blancato has authored several articles and has been a moderator at many firm sponsored events, such as the annual Women at the Wheel.
DR. JOAN FALLON FOUNDER AND CEO CUREMARK
DR. JOAN FALLON is considered a visionary scientist who has dedicated her life’s work to championing the health and wellbeing of children worldwide. Curemark is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel therapies to treat serious diseases for which there are limited treatment options. The company’s pipeline includes a phase III clinical-stage research program for autism, as well as programs focused on Parkinson’s Disease, schizophrenia and addiction.
Fallon holds more than 400 patents worldwide, has written numerous scholarly articles and lectured extensively across the globe on pediatric developmental problems. A former assistant professor at Yeshiva University in the Department of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, she holds appointments as a senior advisor to the Henry Crown Fellows at The Aspen Institute, as well as a Distinguished Fellow at the Athena Center for Leadership Studies at Barnard College. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Franklin & Marshall College and The Pratt Institute and currently serves as a board member at the DREAM Charter School in Harlem; the PitCCh In Foundation started by CC and Amber Sabathia; Springboard Enterprises, an internationally known venture catalyst that supports women–led growth companies; and Vote Run Lead, a bipartisan not-for-profit that encourages women on both sides of the aisle to run for elected office. Fallon served on the ADA Board of Advisors for the building of the new Yankee Stadium and has testified before Congress on the matters of business and patents. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including being named one of the top 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2020 by Goldman Sachs, 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year New York in Health Care and received the Creative Entrepreneurship Award from The New York Hall of Science in 2018.
DIANE KELLY

DIANE KELLY is the President of Greenwich Hospital and Executive Vice President of Yale New Haven Health. Kelly joined Greenwich Hospital in April 2018. Previously, she served as chief operating officer of Berkshire Medical Center from 2008 to 2018, and vice president of quality and safety for Berkshire Medical Center from 2002 to 2008. Kelly was instrumental in the development of Berkshire’s first Patient Safety Program. Prior to senior leadership positions, she held various department-level leadership positions. She began her career as a staff nurse. Some of her key accomplishments while at Berkshire were working with both the state and local communities to expand services, including inpatient, outpatient and transitional care to support those suffering from substance use disorders. Improving access to health care and education to support a healthy lifestyle has been her constant goal over the past 30 years. Kelly has been part of a volunteer team that is certified by Canyon Ranch Institute for Life Program, which provides one-to-one coaching and group classes to low-income participants who are at risk for, or already diagnosed with, one or multiple chronic diseases.
She is a member of the Connecticut chapter of the Association of Healthcare Executives and serves on its Women’s Forum Committee. Kelly holds a Doctorate in Nurse Practice degree from the University of San Francisco, with an emphasis on leadership and population health. A graduate of Western New England College with a master’s degree in business administration, Kelly also earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She has been married to John Kelly for 35 years. They have three grown children: Andrew, Mathew and Patrick.

CHERYL MCKISSACK DANIEL is the President and CEO of McKissack & McKissack, the oldest minority and woman-owned professional design and construction firm in the nation. With more than 30 years of experience in construction, McKissack Daniel serves as principal-in-charge and project executive on numerous high-profile projects, including major work in the health care, education transportation and commercial sectors, and is actively involved in project oversight and management, ensuring that diversity is implemented during each project phase. Under her direction, McKissack & McKissack has contracted more than $50 billion in construction over the past decade. McKissack is involved with some of New York’s largest projects, including the New Terminal One at JFK International Airport; LGA Central Terminal Building Redevelopment; Coney Island Hospital Campus Renovation; Harlem Hospital Center Modernization; New York City Economic Development Corp., Hunts Point Cooperative Market; Fulton Fish Market; MART125 Cultural Center projects; Atlantic Yards (Pacific Park) LIRR Yard Relocation; Columbia University Manhattanville Expansion; Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital & Skilled Nursing Facility; and The Studio Museum in Harlem. McKissack also serves as the MTA independent engineer consultant, overseeing the Capital Construction Program of the nation’s largest transportation system. She serves on various boards, including the New York Building Foundation, New York Building Congress, New York Women’s Forum and Women’s Builders Council. Under the leadership of Mayor Bill de Blasio, she served on the OneNYC Advisory Board, Jobs for New Yorkers Task Force and the MWBE Advisory Council. She is an active member of Women in Transportation (WTS) and earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from Howard University. Born in Nashville to architect William DeBerry and teacher Leatrice McKissack, she represents the fifth generation of the McKissack family’s century-old legacy in business.
