TEDDY CHARLES
BIOGRAPHY Teddy realized a passion for hair when he colored his mother’s hair at 15 years old. Subsequently he went on to work at a hair salon in Versailles and then onto Paris, at 18, to further his career in hairstyling. Soon after, Teddy got the opportunity to move to New York to assist veteran hairstylist, Orlando Pita. At 26, he began his solo career. Now having spent 14 years in New York he’s had the opportunity to work alongside top photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier, Mario Testino, Glen Luchford, Richard Burbridge, Annie Leibovitz, Regan Cameron, Peter Lindbergh, Alexi Lubomirski, Sebastian Kim, Victor Demarchelier, and Terry Richardson. His work has been featured in Vogue, W, Harper’s Bazaar, Numero, V, Dazed & Confused, and Allure. In addition, he’s worked with notable brands such as Rag + Bone, Badgley Mischka, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Armani, Maiyet, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Donna Karan, DKNY, Tacori, Almay, and MAC.
