LEMACORE

This unique Continuous Improvement system is based on LEMACORE method, a result of more than 25 years of experience.

Name is an acronym of LEARNING, MAINTAINING, COMMUNICATING and REGISTERING, as these are essential elements of Continuous Improvement. Each of these elements is indinspensible in achieving personal and group/team professional advancement. In brief, these elements are essential because:

ANALYSIS TOOL The ANALYSIS TOOL is an easy-to-use document, which enables you to analyze, organize and execute all the steps required to find, identify and improve work process(es), develop individual team skills, and all other components required for your company to achieve OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE. It can be used as well during creation of your company’s Yearly business planning. This tool consists of several steps, as shown in the CYCLE/PROCESS diagram on the previous page and you can find below the short descriptions of each individual steps. The tool that you can use to facilitate this is the OPSlife Messenger. CYBER SAFE, TWO WAY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM which enables your company to keep your employees ALERT, MOTIVATE them to participate, ACTIVATE them to think and contribute towards achieving the company’s goals and to IMPROVE their work processes and company culture ... ON-DEMAND! Description of the activity at hand. Start of the activity, informing participants of the why, how and what are the expectations. Activity itself, by the teams or individuals. FIndings can be recorded using Activity Sheets. Recorded observation will be discussed with the participants and stakeholders. Implementation plan will be created with the conclusions. Implementation process can be done according to the plan, timelines and task assignments which you can record in Implementation Plan. Evaluate the results achieved, process and/or its steps. Use Evaluation Forms to capture the conclusions. DOWNLOAD THE APP VIEW THE GUIDE RESPOND TURN NOTIFICATIONS ON you have any questions about activating and/or using your OPSlife Messenger please contact the Owner.* ENTER CODE When you start the OPSlife Messenger for the first time, you will see the guide. For more detailed information on managing OPSlife Messenger please use the MANUAL FOR THE OWNER. ADD DEPARTMENTS Send your employees an email with the Quickstart for the user of the OPSlife Messenger and their unique employee code (which can be found in EMPLOYEES overview in the left side menu) to activate the app, after they download it from the Google Play Store or Apple Store on their phone. Go to ADD NOTIFICATIONS in the right menu. Here you can choose the type of notifications. After you have done creating the notification you can choose to send directly or to schedule it. You can also preview the notification before sending it or confirming the scheduled sending date. To add users for each of the departments divisions go to EMPLOYEES. Besides editing their information you can assign them to one or more created department(s)/division(s). You can choose either to add users: 1. manually, or 2. import the Excel file Both option are explained in detail in the Owner manual which you have received. To have a complete overview of your sent notifications and eventual response of your users, go to the DASHBOARD the right menu. You can also create clear reports and export them to Excel for further use. Once logged in, Go to DEPARTMENTS on the left side of the menu. Here you create different departments/divisions to which you can link your employees. linking multiple departements to one user possible.
