n the United States, 28 million people suffer from migraines. Approximately 900,000 people per day will have an attack. Two compassionate San Jose doctors have gone out of their usual ways spending nearly two decades on causes and prevention of Migraines. Their practice specializes in first, preventing and treating eye related headaches and migraines with precisely measured glasses prescriptions. Secondly, very accurate and reproducible Lasik surgery and thirdly, it targets patients ages 3 and up with difficult eye and overall health problems; such as those diagnosed with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, seizures, brain tumors, and Alzheimer’s. The doctors see these illnesses as relatable to the migraine treatment. Through their dedication and further grant funding and research, the possibilities for better rehabilitation are endless.

eliminate that soreness. So what do you do? Ice it! Wrap an ice pack around the hurt area as soon as you get home. The sooner you ice it, the sooner the swelling and inflammation will decrease. Don’t worry about having a real ice pack or wrap if you don’t have them handy – filling a Ziplock baggie with ice, or grabbing a bag of frozen veggies from the freezer will work just fine. You’ve got to keep the area iced for at least 15-20 minutes for it to be effective, and for maximum benefits, ice the area five times a day with 45 minutes between applications. And, of course, if you still hurt after a day of ice, call the doc.

f you’ve ever visited La Victoria Taqueria, By Chris Schmauch you’re familiar with their famous “orange sauce.” If you’ve never partaken, then pay attention. Let’s begin by stating that we have no idea what’s in this stuff. All we know is that a squirt of it on anything will make even an old bicycle tire taste euphoric. Yes: EUPHORIC. We’re not suggesting La Vic’s food isn’t fit for consumption or is comparable to a tire; rather, we’re suggesting that this orange sauce was likely created via alien technology. And nothing beats alien technology. After tasting the orange sauce, don’t even think about swiping the bottle, as they’ve got a team of spotters (aliens, likely) who will hunt you down. So here’s what you do: Order anything off the menu and make sure to get a bottle of orange sauce on the side. Make sure the bottle is full, because you’ll want every last drop.

At the very least, Forbes proves that the phrase “melts in your mouth” is not a cliché. Anyone who has ever indulged in one of Forbes’ ribeyes, dry-aged New York strips, or filet mignons knows what we’re talking about. They also offer Kobe beef – technically, it’s 100 percent American Wagyu raised in Northern California, but under the same strict guidelines that define this exclusive type of Japanese meat. Each cow has been fed nothing but beer and corn for its entire life (while being hand-massaged in air conditioned pens). The resulting steak has a tender, buttery consistency that you simply won’t find in other cuts. Though the plot deals with serious issues and questions of understanding, justice, equality, and family are evident, the classic tale is renowned for its warmth and humor.

Alright, so cavemen probably didn’t ride horses, but you have to admit: There’s something very archaic about riding an animal around town. We also find it very empowering, relaxing and pleasurable. All beginners are welcome to take horseback riding classes, though they aren’t always necessary; most ranches have a few docile horses kept on hand for the inexperienced.
