What a joy it was to see my daughter, Christina Reis, on the cover of The Wedded Bliss magazine! I have had friends from all over East Texas pick up a copy and share in our excitement. It is such a wonderful keepsake for our families as we remember back to Christina and Jared’s amazing day! All the planning, preparation and hard work that comes with pr putting together a wedding is celebrated in the photography that showcases those results. I’d like to thank our wonderful photographer, Galen Herrington, for his time and beautiful photos in capturing those memories and a big thank you to The Wedded Bliss for allowing us to showcase our most treasured possession… our family. If you’ve ever been to any kind of large family function or potluck, you have most assuredly had some form of breakfast casserole. There are as many variations of this casserole as there are utensils in my kitchen, but if you've never attempted to make one, this is a pretty good way to start.
