VOLLEYBALL

MAC Athletics is excited to showcase its many programs and passionate instructors for members this summer. The club is committed to creating a safe and fun environment for children, and there is no other place where members can find such a variety of both athletic and non-athletic camps for the entire summer. Whether members are looking for competitive or recreational sports, offsite adventures, technology and arts offerings, programs designed for younger kids – or a combination of all of these things – MAC ensures children have a fun and engaging time. Summer camps at MAC demonstrate great examples of partnership and collaboration within the club.

Summer Camp Format

Camps fall into three schedule blocks: morning, 9-11 a.m.; midday, 11:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m.; and afternoon, 2-4 p.m. Those attending multiple camps are welcome to stay with camp counselors from 11 to 11:45 a.m. for lunch and 1:45 to 2 p.m. in the check-in/out area; supervision is provided to ensure they get to their next camp on time.

Each day, campers are dropped off and picked up from the third floor of the member garage. Campers need to check-in upon arrival and must be checked out by a parent/caregiver at the camp desk located on the third floor of the member garage. Check-in for full-day adventure and kayak camps is in the turnaround, at the club’s Main Entrance. Expect camp check-in/out areas to be busy. The club strives to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible and recommends campers arrive at least 20 minutes before the camp starts, particularly at the beginning of each week.

All campers receive a colored bracelet at check-in that indicates which camp(s) they are enrolled in for the day. Children ages 6 and younger receive an orange bracelet to indicate to all MAC staff that they may not roam the club on their own.

Questions? Call 503-517-2356 to reach the summer camp check-in desk.
