Our team will bill your insurance and co-insurance, and will accept assignment for any services provided. The concierge fee enables our team of providers to allow for extended visits, focus on preventative care, answer questions you have about current healthcare trends, and allows us time to work with you to achieve your optimal health and maintain your independence.
