KSHR-FM (97.3 HOT COUNTRY K-SHORE) will launch the eighth season of the Texaco Country Showdown with the open audition round on Thursday, May 10. The event will be held at the Hales Center for the Performing Arts, on the campus of Southwestern Oregon Community College. Anyone can enter the open audition by registering prior to May 10. Doors open at 6 p.m. show starts at 7 p.m.
