REGISTRATION IS under way for “Dream Big, Read!” Bandon Public Library’s 2012 Summer Reading Program, which begins Wednesday, June 20. Preschool sessions for ages 4, 5 and 6 will meet from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Wednesdays or 11 a.m.-noon. Thursdays. Early readers (entering second grade and older) will meet from 12:30 p.m. or 3-4:30 p.m. Thursdays. Registration is required for preschool and early reader sessions and space is limited. A drop-in story time will be held from 11-11:30 a.m. Wednesdays. No registration is required for the drop-in sessions. The summer program will run through Aug. 2. There are no meetings July 4 and 5. Bandon, Oregon tickets to raffle for the 5th annual Willamette Country Music Festival, to be held in Brownsville on Aug. 17, 18 and 19. Raffle tickets for a chance to win the two VIP tickets to the festival are now available at the Bandon Historical Society Museum, open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 270 Fillmore Ave. and U.S. Highway 101, 541-347-2164. Tickets are $10 each and the drawing will be held July 17. Entertainers for the three-day event include SugarLand, Martina McBride, Trace Adkins, Rodney Atkins, Amy Clawson, James Wesley, Canaan Smith, Bomshel, Lee Brice, Billy Currington, Atwater and The Band Perry.
