Bandon, Oregon APPLICATIONS FOR 2 $1,000 scholarships that will be awarded from the Marsha Felton Memorial Scholarship Fund are available at the School District office or Bain Insurance Agency. Applicants must be Bandon High School graduates in good standing in their junior year or above at an accredited college or university. Deadline for returning applications is August 17.
