he pills people take to relieve headaches and migraines may be making things much worse, according to the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (Nice) in guidance to the health service for England and Wales. As many as one in 50 people suffer continual headaches because of “medication overuse”, Nice reports. Adderbury History Association will be holding an Open Day between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm in the Institute, Adderbury. Events will include ‘Who do you think you are’? sessions. The Scout Group in Bloxham is a thriving resource for our local young people aged 6 -14 years. The Beavers, Cubs and Scouts enjoy a wide variety of activities that help them gain badges and awards.
