Remember the Golden Rule: Heat your knife and dry for each cut.
The knife should begin the cut from the outside edge of the pie or tart, cu ng in toward the centre. This will prevent any damage to the pastry shell.
Temperature of refrigera on must be <5°C.

Wrapped Whoopies Shelf Life • 12 months frozen. • 14 days refrigerated. • 10 days ambient. Store in a cool dry place, 15°C to 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
Grab & Go Cake Bars and Muffins Shelf Life • 12 months frozen. • 14 days ambient. Store in a cool dry place, 15°C to 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
Cookies Shelf Life • 12 months frozen. • 21 days ambient. Store in a cool dry place, 15°C to 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
Christmas Puddings Shelf Life • 2 year ambient shelf life. Store in a cool dry place, 15°C to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Christmas Puddings are dry goods and must not be frozen.
For best results do not heat in microwave. Oven Hea ng: Place whole strudel in 180°C oven for 20 minutes from frozen. Impinger Hea ng: Heat for 3 minutes from frozen.
Self Saucing Puddings Hea ng Guide Microwave hea ng for single pudding: Cook from frozen for 1 minute (800 wa microwave). When lid pops the pudding is ready. Microwave hea ng for mul ple puddings: Cook from frozen 1 minute per pot. Check at intervals of 3 minutes and remove any pots where the lid has popped. Combi Oven hea ng for mul ple puddings: Fill Combi Oven with 1 layer of evenly spaced frozen pudding tubs. Cook for approx. 5 minutes at 120°C. When lid pops the pudding is ready. Take care when handling. Product will be hot. Allow to stand for a short period before serving.
