WHAT IS VINYASA FLOW YOGA?

Vinyasa Flow (also known as Vinyasa Yoga) is a wonderful way to stay healthy, and currently, it is one of the most popular yoga styles. It combines many types of yoga, including Ashtanga and Power. The reason behind its fame is the appeal and entertaining nature it encompasses.


Vinyasa is an active style of yoga which involves a lot of bodily movements. It consists a series of poses which are performed in accordance with the breath of an individual. One has to use one’s breath to figure out the right time for moving on to the next pose.


WHAT TO EXPECT?


Vinyasa yoga is categorized into 2 difficulty levels, with level 1 being easier and 2 being the advanced level.
