This fee covers the cost of processing the student’s application and does not apply to returning students. The application fee is paid online at the time of submission of the application. The application fee is non-refundable.
Registration Fee - $6,000 This one-time, non-refundable fee is payable upon acceptance of an offer of admission for new students enrolling at The York School. Receipt of this fee secures a place for a new student but is separate from tuition.
Tuition Tuition for 2014-2015 school year were set following the January 2014 board meeting; these fees are reflected below for your reference. Tuition fees for the 2015-2016 school year will be set following the January 2015 board meeting.

To plan the operating budget, The York School establishes fees and makes contractual commitments in advance of the academic year. Therefore, when a student is enrolled it is understood that a place is reserved for the entire school year and parents or guardians are responsible for all fees.
Tuition fees are payable in instalments. Regardless of grade of entry, a first tuition installment of $3,500 is required along with the registration fee upon acceptance of a place. The remaining tuition can be paid in two installments due at the end of May 2014 and at the end of September 2014 or by monthly instalments.

There will be incidental costs in addition to tuition that will vary according to grade level and your child’s participation. The following charges are examples and approximations of additional costs which may be incurred per year.
