GMG Celebrates 18 Years and Gets New Name, The Young Musician's University

We are so excited because March commemorates our 18th Anniversary of "Giving The Gift of Music!" During this month, there will be virtual masterclasses with special guest musicians and other activities, such as our YMU Fastest Hands Competition and our YMU Music Spelling Bee for all of our students. We will also be launching our newest program, Little Music Essentials, a live virtual piano class for toddlers ages 4-6 with 24 available spots. In addition, GMG will be undergoing a name change to our tagline, The Young Musician's University. This rebranding allows us to better communicate and reflect our values, goals, and commitment to our students. The Young Musician's University provides us with a unique identity that reflects who we are as a music school, "Music Education Reimagined."

We have adapted and evolved as the music education industry has progressed and new technologies have come to the forefront. This advancement has allowed us to offer self-paced courses, live in-person classes, and live virtual classes to students across the nation as we continue to provide quality music instruction to our young musicians! Since COVID-19, we have had tremendous success in providing services beyond our brick-and-mortar location. Through the use of technology, we are thrilled to be expanding our services to students throughout the US. We are also extremely excited that our identity and mission are now reflected in our name, with the launch of The Young Musician's University! We look forward to continuing our journey with our -- now YMU Parents and Students!
