Broadband ramp from Rehasense

The Broadband ramp from Rehasense are the latest addition to the company’s ever-growing product range and are available as a one-piece unit (the Spectrum) or a two-piece unit (the Defrag).

Both models are lighter than many other models currently available in the UK, which makes them very user friendly when it comes to transportation.

As with the Doorstep models available from Rehasense, the Spectrum and Defrag feature ergonomic carrying handles. Based on a strong honeycomb design, both models feature a sturdy, wide, non-slip surface and are suitable for use with most manual and electric wheelchairs, scooters and walkers.

Available in a choice of lengths ranging from 70cm to 150cm for the Spectrum and 180cm to 300cm for the Defrag both models have an impressive maximum load capacity of 300kg. “We are always looking to support our retailers with new products, and we believe the new range of ramps will be a great addition to their showrooms,” commented Jordan Day, UK Sales Manager for Rehasense.

Lifestyle Home Lift from Terry Lifts

The Lifestyle is designed for an ambulant user able to stand independently or sit on the folddown seat while the lift travels up to 3.6m between two floors. Both the interior and exterior of the lift can be customised.

The smart corner design minimises the lift footprint, so it takes up no more space than an armchair! Minimal building work is required, with no need for a lift shaft. It can typically be installed in two days.

The lift maintains fire and smoke protection between the floors, whether it is parked upstairs or downstairs and complies with BS 5900:2012.

The Lifestyle enables retailers to offer customers a stylish yet practical solution for modern, independent living.
