The residence area can be entered in 2 ways, with the entrance area providing security points so that others can not enter the residential area easily. Inside there are 4 buildings with facilities consisting of a swimming pool, and eating area, and a garden area.

Transit Station is a waiting point for the Satha transport car. There will be a Cover way connecting the commercial area, which the Cover way will connect to the entrance to the residence. Inside there will be parking spaces that can be parked and used for electric trains. Designed to provide colorful floors and floor patterns using the characteristics of water in the design, namely the circle of waves. Allow users to enjoy the lines and make the sitting area or sitting and watching to support the users.

Designed for brightly colored areas. The pattern of the floor uses the characteristics of water in the design, namely the wave circle, allowing users to enjoy the lines or colors. Concept Design ZOOTOPIA

Zootopia is a term adapted from the word “Utopia” which means “ heaven ” or “ land in ideal ”, thus creating a concept that requires a user to come on an adventure in the land.
