Landrum Professional’s Submitting Timesheets Online for Non-Work Hours Logging In You will need to log in to Landrum XactTime at http://time.landrumprofessional.com. Once you have opened the site, it is a good idea to save the site as a “Favorite” or create a shortcut to the website on your desktop. Security permissions are granted based on the Login ID and password entered. NOTE: This time keeping center is a secure site. Logging Out Because XactTime contains sensitive time and attendance data, it is recommended that you log out of XactTime when you are finished using it, so that others cannot view or change your data without being authorized. XactTime is designed to “time out” after the session has been idle for 20 minutes and will notify you of the security time out and prompt for a Login ID and password when this occurs.

Employee Home Page Tab Time Off Request & Request Status Sections 1. On your employee page, go to the Time Off Request section.

Enter the date range for the time you are requesting off. Change the start time if it is not correct. Enter any notes to your supervisor if necessary. Click to Apply the request. NOTE: Your request will appear in the Request Status section. Once it is approved by your supervisor, the time requested will appear as such in the Request Status section and will be populated in the Hours Worked section. If any changes are needed, you will need to contact your supervisor.
Actions Section – Submitting a Timesheet for Non-Work Shifts The Actions section of your home page allows you to submit a timesheet for non-work hours (i.e. PTO, Bereavement, etc.). This page is accessed by clicking the Submit Timesheet link.
Submit Timesheet Page - Instructions 1. Click the Submit Timesheet link. 2. On the Submit Timesheet page verify that the date is correct. If it is not, you may either click the calendar icon to select the correct date or you may type in the correct date. 3. Enter the number of hours to be paid. 4. Verify that the pay type is correct or click the drop down to select the appropriate pay type. 5. Enter any notes to your supervisor in the Notes field, if necessary.
6. Verify that your Department is correct. If it is not, click the Change Labor Levels. 7. In the Assign Labor Level window, click the drop down arrow and select the department you are about to work in. 8. Once you have selected the department, click Apply. 9. Once you have verified that your date, hours, pay type, and department are correct, click Apply to apply your entry. 10. Your hours entered should appear in the Hour Worked section. NOTE: If you do not see them, you will need to resubmit your entry. Once your hours appear correctly in the Hours Worked section, you will need to click your employee name tab, which is underlined and in capitals at the left top of the page, go to the Hours Worked section, click the Save All approval box at the bottom of the Hours Worked section and then click the Save All icon to save your approvals. NOTE: You will need to contact your supervisor for changes to any shifts.
Hours Worked Section The Hours Worked section displays a detailed listing of hours worked for specific dates and/or other pay types entered (i.e. PTO, vacation, sick, etc.) for all employees. The can be clicked to show an expanded view of hours, including which labor levels (i.e. department, job, etc.) the employee clocked.

Displays a notification when an employee has mispunched (i.e. forgot to clock in or out)
Modified
Displays a notification when the employee’s supervisor has modified their punch, and when clicked, will provide details on the modification.

Displays the total number of paid and unpaid hours
Personal Info Section The Personal Info section allows you to change your password. In order to protect your privacy and maintain security, Landrum suggests you change your XactTime password every 90 days by logging into XactTime at https://time.landrumprofessional.com, clicking on your employee name tab, clicking to Change Password under the Personal Info section, and completing the form. When creating your new password, please be sure that it contains characters from 3 of the following 4 categories: 1)English uppercase characters (A through Z) 2)English lowercase characters (a through z) 3)Base 10 digits (0 through 9) 4)Non-alphabetic characters (e.g.!,$,#,%) somewhere twice in the 2nd through 6th positions. Additionally, you should not reuse recent passwords, passwords that contain all or any space-delimited part of your account name, passwords that contain any personal information or passwords that include any common word or name found in the dictionary, and passwords should be at least eight characters long. It is important to keep your password private. If someone else knows your password, he or she could potentially log into XactTime as you and edit your records. In the event you forget your password, please contact Landrum Professional at 1-800-888-0472 to get a new password. 1. Click the Change Password link. 2. Type in your old password and then type in your new password. Type in your new password again to confirm it. 3. Click the Change Password button to complete the change. NOTE: The password will not be changed if you do not click the Change Password button.
