DI Session - Director's Liability (V406M) Laura Lee Vann, CUDE, vice president of cooperative initiatives, LSCU One of the main goals of the board is to avoid any situation or action that could give rise to a lawsuit. This course will help you gain a greater understanding of the legal duties and responsibilities directors owe the credit union and their fellow members. It is intended to make you aware of some of the regular practices of the credit union that may be taken for granted, which could give rise to a lawsuit.
DI Session - Understanding Audit Reports (V428M) David LeNoir, CUDE CCUFC, member relations consultant, LSCU This course will help you understand the history of the NCUA, and outline the four NCUA mandates that the Supervisory Committee must enforce. You will get a list of the four types of audits that the NCUA permits, and who is eligible to perform. By the end of this course, you will be able to identify the reports necessary for each audit option, and understand the information contained within them. 3:00pm - 5:00pm
