We open on Brian on his Segway in the city. Our soundtrack begins. The oddness of the scene will grab the viewers attention.
Brian is on the sidewalk watching the new Vitara drive down the street and reverse park into a space.
We are left looking at Brian, looking at the Vitara. His facial expression is one of the confusion. A VO says: This is Brian. Brian irons his socks. Brian won’t be buying a Vitara.
Brian points and shakes his head as if to say ‘no’ to the idea of buying the car.
The driver shuffles through his songs with his Smart Connectivity system. We cut to the Vitara driving around the city.
A young guy gets out with his sports bag and dashes off.
Brian points and shakes his head as if to say ‘no’ to the idea of buying the car.
We see different angles of the car glistening in the sunlight.
Ben the Vitara driver drums on the steering wheel in time to the track.
Suddenly Brian pops up from the back seat, the driver looks in his rearview mirror with great surprise.
We see Brian load a cassette in his Walkman and put on his huge old fashioned headphones. The Voice Over says: Ah, there’s Brian. Brian isn’t at all impressed with the Vitara’s Smart Connectivity system. He’ll stick with his 1983 model Walkman.
Next we cut to the Vitara leaving the city. There’s a mountain bike strapped to it’s roof.
It passes Brian who is watching the Vitara from the comfort of a picnic blanket. He’s eating a very bland sandwich. Next to him is a picnic box and a life size porcelain dog.
We see the Vitara handling the bumpy terrain.
The ALLGRIP system perfectly sticking to the road.
The Voice Over says: Brian thinks the new ALLGRIP system is way too.......exciting
We end with Brian at home sitting in his well worn chair. He’s looking at a Vitara advert in the paper.
He takes a sip from his carton of juice, and shakes his head at the advert.
We cut to our endframe with the line: VITARA. NOT FOR EVERYONE
And then fade to the Suzuki logos. Throughout we see a super saying: Brian wouldn’t SHAZAM this
