Adrenaline A

drenaline rushes through the body as eyes gaze upon the literal cornucopia of energy outlets that is Pocono Mountain Adventures closeby off Route 209 in Bushkill, PA. Pride as a lead source in outdoor excitement reflects in each clever creation bearing the PMA caption, with their newest attraction Pocono Vertical Ventures, propelling the entertainment authority to new heights! Introduced this past spring, Vertical Ventures has already ushered in a wealth of visitors eager to tryout its jump tower, bungee trampolines and two station climbing wall. Making the amusement mobile, booking event sites across the Pocono region, broadens the gamut of thrill seekers. All three PVV challenges ignite anticipation fueled by confidence. Harnessed guests can enjoy a ten foot maximum acceleration, thanks to two auto-belays guiding their freefall

from a 40 foot Jump Tower. Then, harnessed climbers can sign up to securely conquer the climbing wall heights and triumphantly rappel to the ground. Three station bungee trampolines are ready to repeat that sky to land motion, satisfying guests’ craving for more air action! PVV delivers the option to choose one, two or all three of these elements whether it’s jumping, climbing or bouncing, with pricing at $10 kicking it off for one and just $20 more enlisting all three. PMA spokesperson Gina Bertucci comments, “We added three new adventures last year [2013] and continue to look at elements that will expand our offerings for adventures in the Pocono Mountains,” stating

“Pocono Vertical Ventures takes guests to new heights and lets them jump, climb and drop.” Explaining reasons for PVV’s home spot in the belly of all the action, at the base of Blue Lightning; Bertucci compliments the exhilarating mix of sliding, splashing and now suspension at hand. After BL’s all season tubing guests can head off to do bumper boats on the lake. She suggests trying a brief break for lunch at Wintergreens Patio Grill then back to the fun giving, “Pocono Vertical Ventures a try.” She closes recommending other PMA courses she enjoys including Pocono TreeVentures aerial ropes adventure park and Pocono Zip Racer 1,000 foot dual racing zip lines to name a few; informing appropriate clothing including closed toe shoes are a must.
