At Precision Fabricators, prefabrication is an exact science. We pride ourselves on using the latest computer-aided technologies to gather and create data-driven designs that effectively take projects from concept to build. Using 3D modeling for more precision for our prefabrication modules, this practice reduces costs and saves time for our clients’ projects.
Our main warehouse spans 25,000 feet, with additional external open areas where components can be assembled and worked on if required. Depending on a project’s demands, Precision Fabricators has secondary warehouse locations where larger scale projects can be laid out and built.

That means our Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) operators apply the highest level of technical expertise to analyze material properties to locate and characterize flaws within the fabricated materials. High-Efficiency Rotating Welding Processes Our fabrication shop uses semi-automatic and submerged arc welding, which includes the fabrication and welding of all types of carbon steel. We are also one of the only piping manufacturers capable of working with low alloy stainless steel, nickel alloys, duplex materials, and Cr-Mo alloys. Transparency and Traceability for World-Class Quality Process management software provides a fully automated registration of our production process. This provides a real-time project status at any time, and guarantees full traceability on all welding parameters.
