TROUBLESHOOTING
ATTENTION
Please keep the lens cover closed in the process of turning on the device, and open the cover after entering the real-time image.
6 COMMON FAULT ANALYSIS AND
TROUBLESHOOTING
Common fault analysis and troubleshooting is shown in Table 3.
Table 3 Common Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting
FAULT MODE FAULT ANALYSIS TROUBLESHOOTING
Operational error a) The reconnaissance device stops working, and there is no video output: poor contact between the power supply, video,
USB cables and the device; b) Imaging blurring: the observation target is not at the focus of the reconnaissance device; c) Poor imaging effects: non-uniformity correction was not performed well; d) Imaging blurring: the lens is contaminated during the process of installation and debugging. a) Reconnect to ensure good contact; b) Adjust the focal length back and forth, observe the imaging changes of the target, and select the best focal point to observe; c) Re-align a uniform scene or the closed lens cover for nonuniformity correction; d) Clean the lens with a special lens cloth.

Damaged accessories
Local fault a) No video output: the power supplied by the adapter is beyond the specified range or self-contained battery is low; the video cable is damaged or broken; a) Fully charge the battery or replace the power adapter; b) Reprocess or replace the damaged or broken cable.
If it is not because of operational errors or damaged accessories that the system can not work properly, there may be faults inside the device. a) The device can not output and display real-time images in a long time after the boot screen is over: there are problems with the internal procedures or circuits; a) Send it back to the factory to rewrite the program; b) Poor imaging effects: the detector drifts; the correction data stored in the image processing board does not match; and there are faults in the internal program; c) Imaging blurring: there are serious quality problems with the optical lens. b) Send it back to the factory for detection, and find out the faulted hardware parts to repair or replace.
