By Thomas Manning III August 5th, 2014 Efficient genocide of the last century repudiates all reason — millions of men — whole generations erased in the carnage of the last two World Wars, Korea, Vietnam for PROFIT - now Iraq and Afghanistan for PROFIT. There were also millions of civilian casualties resulting, either directly or indirectly from warfare and the 20th Century "wipeouts" in Cambodia, Korea, Vietnam, Rwanda, Indonesia, Balkans, holocaust and Native Americans. This continued indifference to the remaining natives in our Union of "Independence and Pursuit of Happiness for ALL Americans." The disparate laws and punishments for "SAME" areas do not account for differential in the US as they are between an African Uganda and a European Sweden. There are few Federally Mandated Regulations that cover general standards and means of Human and Civil Rights endowed under Americas's constitution and laws that demand fairness and absolute equality regardless of race, color, creed, sexuality, gender, age or religion. The Unites States will never be United as such until no distinctions apply between our each and every state.

Felonies are levied and executed diametrically between Hawaii, Alaska, California, Arkansas, Mississippi, Florida, Colorado, MA. and St. Thomas with no LITMUS or RECOURSE for the convicted and those socioeconomically at a disadvantage within the system of parole designed for failure and incarceration.

Under the best of circumstances, the regulations and the flexibility of parole officers put the parolee under the UNCONSTITUTIONAL control of the morals, attitudes and gestapo-like management over an individual's freedoms. In TEXAS, the various districts are in FLAGRANT violation of constitutionality between adjoining COUNTIES of abutted cities (not countries of different ethnicities - we are all Americans Texas under a regime of self-regulating regional police controls). Metropolitan and rural districts in Texas are ideologically running amuck in a definitive "UNITED DISgrace" that would be racial profiling and management to erase a race because they do not fit in Americas "Place and Race" or "Theology and Ideology." As it was for the Natives of this great land that have died in vain as the systematic persecution and imprisonment of African Americans in a policy of absolute discrimination.

Black Americans in Texas are subject to the heretical adhocracy of law enforcement and judges that support this system of stacking and feeding the prison system oppressing the minority base. All done under the guns and guise of false risk with stoked "fear of black'lash" against the eventuality of a Texan white minority of they were not cloistered and managed. As a White American Citizen, I am outraged at the treatment I have personally witnessed on such a grotesque regularity that I am compelled to inform Black Citizens of Texas that you have rights outside of the eyes of the offending public servants. Until things are addressed and change through the National media and Federal Government, I would advise traveling in small groups (never alone). Carry audio recording devices and keep these private and secure for evidence you will need when not if your rights are trampled.
