AST MONTH I

LRECOMMENDED LOOKING BACK AT THE EARLY ISSUES OF STREET TRUCKS. It is hard to believe we passed the 22 year mark and are now in our 23rd year of print. That brings me to an expression I often think about, which is “time flies when you’re having fun.” Does time really go quicker when you’re having fun, or is that just the perception? I think we know the answer, but when we are busy doing something that is fun, like working on trucks, time does seem to “fly.”

That brings me back to 2022. We are nearing fall, and it’s that time of the year to remind you to mentally check in on your project. Are you making strides and knocking items off your to-do list? If not, put your foot on the pedal, focus, and make it happen. If your project is already finished and you’re out cruising and enjoying the show season, then keep it up.

No matter the stage of your project, just remember what Ferris Bueller taught us: slow down, be present, and enjoy each day to its fullest.
