The Jersey Market The market continues to tick over smoothly, with little evidence of any significant increases, except where correctly priced property attracts the attention of more than one potential purchaser, which will result in offers above the asking price being made. Buy to Let investors are featuring strongly, as many more people with cash to spare are now realising that investing in bricks and mortar is a realistic investment for medium to long term growth, as well as making provision for retirement, or to accommodate family as the kids grow up.
