Forward. Forward, has become the mantra and center of our campus dining philosophy at Thompson Hospitality. Our goal is to establish campus dining partnerships that grow throughout the life of the partnership and add forward movement to the progression of each campus’ strategic vision. Each year we evaluate our programming, venues, culinary standards and menus to ensure our dining programs don’t become stagnant. We are an ever-evolving company in an ever-evolving industry. We are proud to share how our company partnered with Mississippi Valley State University to bring a fresh wind of change to the campus community as well as the local Itta Bena community.

Mississippi Valley State University and Thompson Hospitality are proud to announce the newest addition to the MVSU Campus Dining program. Fall 2021, the community will welcome a new Chick-Fil-A to campus, which will be the first in a fifty-mile radius. The addition to the campus is a part of the vision of MVSU president, Dr. Jerryl Briggs and the Student Government Association.
