RESTAURANT AND THE AURORA LOUNGE

The menu at Malangen Resort is built around traditional Northern Norwegian cuisine.

Our chef emphasises using local ingredients and products in all our dishes to ensure the freshest and healthiest food for our guests. The sea is the main supplier to our menu due to the proximity and easy access to the freshest seafood available. THE AURORA LOUNGE (The Naust) The “naust” is a 100yearold boathouse that has been renovated and relocated inside the hotel building.

All the decorations are authentic and donated by locals who have handed the memorabilia down from generation to generation. This cosy building serves as our “living room” for our guests to relax in during the wintertime with board games, books and candles.
