Kennedy, among other public service roles. Vanden Heuvel has been honored with the Theodore Roosevelt Medal, the Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Award, and the Eleanor Roosevelt Val-Kill Medal. Crafted from start to finish at Thornwillow, the text is letterpress printed on archival stock and hand-bound in beige Moroccan goatskin with pastepapers made especially for the edition. Each copy is presented in a cloth clamshell box with a suede lining and tooled leather spine label. This edition is limited to 300 copies, each numbered and signed by the author.
