Corona Virus Leeds City Council has closed day services, libraries and museums. Aspire, Yorkshire Dance, People Matters and People in Action have all stopped running activities and groups. Other organisations will probably have done the same. One to one support should still happen. If you are worried phone your provider. If staff get ill and there are not enough staff to support everyone then the people who need it most will get priority. Your support provider will contact you about this. When you shop do not buy more than you need. People buying too much means that some supermarkets are low on some things. Try a small local shop instead. If you can’t get out to the shops you can have food delivered. You will need to book well in advance probably weeks. You can shop online with Morrisons and other supermarkets. https://groceries.morrisons.com/content/onlin e-shopping-made-easy-53447 You can phone Cook in Leeds to order frozen ready meals and have them delivered. You will need to be able to pay by card.  0113 237 0377 16
Wash your hand often Before you leave home. As soon as you get home. After going to the toilet. When you arrive somewhere. Before you leave anywhere. If you cough or sneeze use a tissue, not your hands. Try not to touch your face. Keep your home clean. Disinfect things like door handles and surfaces often. Things to do – Exercise at home Watch TV Listen to the radio Phone a friend or relative Play a game at home Do a jigsaw Many organisations will be running activities online including Facebook. We will do our best to let you know about these as they start to happen. If you are very worried or low you can phone the Samaritans 116 123
